One of our own team members struggled with chronic acid reflux. He found an alginate product that helped, but when our food scientist read the label, he couldn't leave it alone. So we built something better. Kept what the science supports. Added what was missing. Sodium bicarbonate to make the raft buoyant, calcium carbonate to cross-link the gel into something stronger and more cohesive. Non-GMO sourcing across the board. And somehow, we made it taste like cheesecake.
